Pulenta is a beautiful winery that produces outstanding wine. But the most remarkable part of our entire visit was their guide, Soledad Mallar. Soledad is by FAR the BEST wine guide we encountered, giving us the most entertaining and rich wine tour experience out of the more than 12 bodegas we visited. The information she presented and the way it was conveyed was perfect. We could only wish other guides had the knowledge and carisma she did. Thank you Soledad.
